We prepared the key steps customers should know from reservation request to vehicle delivery.

How does the reservation proceed?

After selecting pickup and return locations, you choose the date range and review available vehicles. After vehicle selection, you can add extra service requests and submit the reservation request by completing your contact details.

Vehicle availability is checked by the company.
The reservation request becomes final after company approval.
Extra services, delivery and payment details are clarified during approval.

Pickup and return times

The system automatically adjusts suitable times without showing invalid time warnings on the customer side. Working hours and availability rules are applied according to vehicle availability.

The earliest pickup time is automatically adjusted according to the safe operation window.
Requests made late in the evening may be moved to the next morning.
Return time follows the pickup time by default.

Required documents

Driver and contact details are verified before the rental. The company may request additional documents or payment/deposit conditions at vehicle delivery.

Valid driving license.
ID or passport information.
A payment method accepted by the company for payment/deposit.

Extra services

Services such as child seat, additional driver, GPS, winter tires or extra protection can be requested before reservation if enabled by the company.

Extra service availability is finalized at company approval.
Services can be requested by quantity, person or package.
Pricing and stock information may be communicated separately by the company.

Payment and approval

If online payment is not enabled, the website creates a reservation request; the company contacts the customer to complete payment and delivery details.

A reservation request alone does not mean a vehicle is definitively allocated.
Payment, deposit and delivery information are clarified after company approval.
Privacy Policy, Privacy Notice, Payment & Protection and Cancellation & Refund pages can be reviewed before reservation.
