01Preparation before delivery
Having your ID, license, payment/deposit and reservation information ready before delivery speeds up the process.
- Valid driving license and ID/passport information may be checked.
- If there is an additional driver, their document and contact details may also be requested.
- Payment, down payment or deposit conditions may be clarified by the company before delivery.
02Vehicle delivery check
At delivery, existing damage, fuel level, mileage, accessories and selected extra services are checked and recorded.
- Review damage and equipment records on the delivery form.
- Verify child seat, GPS, winter tires or protection packages at delivery if selected.
- Note fuel level, mileage and delivery time information.
03During the rental period
During the rental, traffic rules, parking fines, tolls, fuel and vehicle usage conditions may be the customer's responsibility.
- Traffic fines and toll fees may be charged separately after return.
- Vehicle usage limits, mileage and out-of-city/country conditions depend on company policies.
- In case of damage, breakdown or accident, inform the company contact channels quickly.
04Return process
At return, vehicle condition, fuel, mileage, return time and extra services are checked. The final amount or deposit result may be clarified after these checks.
- Late return may create an additional fee.
- Different return point is subject to company approval and operational availability.
- After the return form is completed, damage, fuel and extra service records are closed.
